- The cap management system organizes caps, delivering caps with the opening facing upward continuously to the cap placement track. Bottles transported from other production line equipment to the bottle feeding track enter the cap placement area. After the capping heads on each capping shaft of the main machine cam mechanism grasp the caps, the caps are gradually placed onto the bottle mouths as the capping shafts descend, and then enter the main star wheel for capping operations.
