Bottles transported from other production line equipment to the bottle feeding track enter the cap placement area. After the capping heads on each capping shaft of the main machine cam mechanism grasp the caps, the caps are gradually placed onto the bottle mouths as the capping shafts descend, and then enter the main star wheel for capping operations.

- Bottles to be labeled are conveyed along the bottle feeding track. A photoelectric sensor detects the passing bottles and sends a signal back to the labeling control system. Upon receiving the signal, the transmission system activates to start label feeding. After the automatic sensor locates the labeling point on the bottle body, the label is automatically peeled from the backing paper with the help of rollers and adhesive tape components, then smoothly applied to the desired position on the bottle, completing the entire labeling process.
