Adopting single‑row layout plus our patented can feeding structure, this screw metering filling machine achieves outstanding filling precision. The open‑style layout greatly reduces dead corners, making daily cleaning and part disassembly much easier than rotary‑type models. Built for continuous industrial production, this filler supports quick screw replacement to adapt different filling weight ranges from 10g up to 5000g. Filling accuracy remains stable even for ultra‑fine, easy‑agglomeration powder materials. It can work standalone or integrate with capping machine, labeling machine and conveyor to construct a complete canning production line.
Application
