This automatic bagging machine integrates automatic weighing, bag picking, filling, heat sealing and stitching into one fully automated workflow with minimal manual intervention. It greatly saves labor cost and reduces long-term operating expenses. This unit can also connect with other auxiliary machines to build a complete packaging production line.
It is widely applied in agricultural, food, feed and chemical industries, suitable for packaging free-flowing materials such as corn kernels, seeds, flour, white granulated sugar and similar bulk products.

Working Principle
The weigher adopts vertical twin-screw feeding design. The screw is directly driven by a servo motor to guarantee stable feeding speed and high weighing precision. During operation, the screw rotates and discharges materials according to control signals. Weight sensors and weighing controllers process weight signals to display weight data and send control instructions.

- Wide adaptability for different packaging bags. It picks bags from the bag storage warehouse, centers and conveys the bags, pre-opens bag mouths, then the manipulator inserts into the bag opening, while air grippers clamp both sides of the bag mouth to finish bag loading. This bag loading mechanism has low requirements on bag dimension tolerance and bag quality, helping lower your bag manufacturing cost.
- Servo-driven bag loading manipulator. Compared with pneumatic manipulators, it runs faster, loads bags smoothly without impact, and enjoys longer service life.
- Two micro switches installed at the bag clamping position to detect whether the bag mouth is clamped and fully opened. It avoids misjudgment and material spilling, improves machine efficiency and keeps a clean workshop environment.
- Pneumatic components such as solenoid valves adopt sealed installation instead of exposed mounting. It works reliably under dusty conditions and extends machine service life.
