UFTB-220 Automatic Flat Surface Labeling Machine Introduction
Our flat labeling machine is equipped with world-famous high-precision servo motor labeling head, realizing full closed-loop control and ultra-fine indexing to deliver high labeling accuracy.
It adopts double-stage clutch design to keep stable label tension, which greatly improves labeling precision during continuous operation.
The control core is Mitsubishi PLC, matched with branded touch screen that supports bilingual Chinese & English operation for simple human-machine interaction.
Standard belt conveyor is installed for labeling all kinds of flat products. Optional auxiliary accessories include product clamping fixture and labeling mold to achieve ultra-precise labeling effect.
An optional sheet separator is available for automatic sorting of single paper, envelopes, greeting cards and cartons with fast and stable performance.
Customers can also choose full enclosed safety frame and SCHMERSAL safety switch to meet industrial safety production standards.
