UFTB-280 Automatic Mobile Round Bottle Labeling Machine Introduction

This mobile labeling machine is designed for self-adhesive roll labels, supporting both flat pressing and rolling labeling modes for cylindrical bottles.
Optional automatic bottle feeding and collecting attachments are available to realize feeding, labeling and discharging in one continuous workflow. A matching printing unit can be equipped to finish label printing synchronously during labeling.

It adopts fiber optic synchronous tracking control system. The labeling head is driven by stepper motor to keep label dispensing speed fully synchronized with bottle rotating speed. As a fully integrated mechatronic packaging device, it delivers stable, consistent and reliable long-run performance.

Self-adhesive labeling brings multiple advantages: clean and mildew-free surface, neat & firm label adhesion without peeling off automatically, plus high continuous production efficiency.
