UFTB-220-2 Automatic Top & Bottom Flat Labeling Machine Introduction

This dual-sided labeling machine is specially developed for flat products to finish top and bottom labeling in one pass. With integrated sophisticated mechanical design and high-performance control system, it realizes fast, stable and ultra-precise labeling operation.

Multiple optional functional modules are available, including real-time online printing, missing label & defective label detection and automatic rejection.
The labeling head can be equipped with world-famous high-precision servo motors to achieve stable label output and consistent labeling accuracy.
The whole machine adopts Mitsubishi PLC as control core, matched with branded touch screen that supports Chinese & English bilingual operation interface for easy operation.

Exclusive clamping conveyor mechanism ensures smooth product transmission without shifting during labeling. The conveying belt, pressing belt and labeling speed can all be adjusted steplessly to match different production speeds.
Customers can select optional fully enclosed safety frame and SCHMERSAL safety switch to meet industrial safety standards.
