UFTB-220-1 Automatic Single Side Flat Surface Labeling Machine Introduction

This single-sided flat labeling machine is built for high-precision sticker application on flat boxes, paper sheets, envelopes and cards.
The labeling head supports optional world-famous high-precision servo motor drive to realize full closed-loop control and ultra-fine label indexing for consistent labeling accuracy.

It adopts double-stage clutch structure to maintain steady label tension and eliminate labeling offset or wrinkling.
The control core is Mitsubishi PLC, matched with branded touch screen that provides Chinese & English bilingual operation interface for easy parameter setup.

Standard belt conveyor is equipped for conveying flat workpieces. Customers can add optional clamping fixture and labeling mold to achieve ultra-precise labeling results.
An optional automatic sheet separator is available for automatic feeding and sorting of single paper, envelopes, greeting cards and cartons with fast and stable performance.
Full enclosed safety frame and SCHMERSAL safety switch are optional to meet industrial safety production standards.
