UFTB-230 Automatic Round Bottle Labeling Machine Introduction
This rotary labeling machine is specially designed for full or half circumferential labeling of small cylindrical containers, including oral liquid bottles, vials and miniature batteries.
It adopts a tilting installation structure to realize automatic positioning and stable labeling of round products.
An optional automatic feeding device can be equipped to raise the maximum production speed up to 300 bottles per minute.
Customers can choose matching unloading dial and large storage hopper to realize quick and convenient automatic feeding.
The labeling system is driven by high-precision servo motor, with maximum label dispensing speed reaching 60 meters per minute and labeling accuracy up to ±0.5mm.
It can be combined with full-automatic feeding & discharging system to simplify the whole bottle packaging workflow.
