6. Sealing/cutting position adjustment and web deviation correction can be completed directly on the touch screen without machine shutdown.
7. Standard cross-tooth sealing delivers firm sealing performance; straight-tooth, diagonal-tooth and mesh-tooth sealing rollers are available as optional choices.
8. Complies with CE installation standards; the electrical control cabinet reaches IP65 protection grade.
9. This packaging machine supports multiple bag styles:
   • Flat bags: back-sealed, 3-side sealed, 4-side sealed
   • 3D stand-up bags: spout stand pouches, triangular pouches
   • Carry handle bags, hole-punched pouches
10. Custom punching hole shapes are available upon customer’s design demands.
11. A dedicated creasing device is equipped to form sharp, crisp bag edges. For products that generate gas during storage, one-way degassing valves can be installed on every pouch.
12. Heavy-weight goods will compromise packaging quality. Our supporting discharge conveyor holds heavy products steadily and releases finished packs after sealing completion.
13. A vibration compactor is provided to solve issues caused by over-fluffy products matched with small-size pouches.
14. A special sealing unit for single-layer PE film is available as an optional attachment if you use monolayer PE packaging film
